THE CONNECTIVITY
PROJECT

Our Organization
As connectivity becomes increasingly vital for accessing employment, education, healthcare, and essential resources, we recognize the urgent need for reliable devices. There are existing federal government cell phone programs, however, we specifically aim to address the gaps they leave for individuals who may not have the time to wait for assistance, are in crisis, lack a permanent address, or live in households that already have a government phone …

“Without a phone, a computer, and internet access, people in crisis are cut off from the very systems we expect them to navigate—jobs, housing, healthcare, education. We, as a society, are asking them to show up, succeed, and stay connected, while denying them the tools to even log in.”
